The rooms stink like cigarettes! Needs up dating, no waste baskets , phone to reach the office, no, shelving in the shower. TV only gets one channel.

Cathy is a great manager, It’s not that bad of a place really but the owner is pretty greedy so she’s gonna get what she gets no discounts

Terrible run down building. Lots of people living there not just vacationing. My bathroom door didn't open and close properly it drug the floor. I didn't feel safe there and left without ever sleeping there. Broken down vehicle in the front. I know it's very inexpensive but should be in good repair at the minimum. You can't see the sign from the road. It looks like a run down apartment complex not a hotel. It just felt unsafe and I felt I had no privacy. The "guests" were just hanging around outside their rooms. Gave a vagrant type vibe to the place. The youn g lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. I almost feel sorry for her. The room was clean though. It was more the poor state of repair and people just loitering around. I got the feeling that the guests were very poor old a

Lovely place and the staff is fantastic although Megan and Dustin are just starting as the new management they are on TOP of EVERYTHING. If you have any problems they take care of it immediately. The room I stay in is super nice, newly remodeled room. a/c blows very cold, beds are comfortable. Located close to everything and is complete walking distance. I would highly recommend these place.

Nothing was right. The pool is green. The shower won't drain, and they said they would be right out to fix it, and still waiting. About to lay down in the bed that folds down when you sit on it. The people who run this place do not care, except for the housekeeper who works nonstop. Update: they tried to come in the room to fix the shower our last night there after waiting all day at 10:30 at night. I had already put on my pajamas and we were going to bed. She also said she ordered the stuff to fix it at Walmart but then cancelled the order, because someone was going to Home Depot soon, but they didn't leave until after 8:30pm.
