Sebastian Gardens Inn & Suites

This place deserves zero stars. It's so disgusting. My husband booked it for a quick overnight trip, and only looked at the pictures and not the reviews. First off, the pictures that are posted online are not of this place. This place is so run done it's not even funny. We stayed for about 2 hours and couldn't do it. Filthy room, it had what looked like urine stains on the bed sheets, and a burn hole from a cigar in the comforter. The bathroom was gross, the water never even got hot. Also the people in the room above us who live there by the way, had a massive dog that you could hear moving around the whole time. You're better off sleeping in your vehicle then this place. I couldn't wait to leave there and take a hot shower and disinfect my things!!! So Gross!!!

This hotel needs help,!!! Dirty dirty and did I say dirty. Roaches everywhere infested take your deposit never give it back. I spent my whole night cleaning and spraying for bugs. Shower's never work, sinks are clogged. People don't stay there they live there.. bad business all around. Pool was open for 1 day after 1yr fixing it..

This place doesn’t deserve one star! I should have taken pictures, but I was too grossed out to touch anything! It smelled like a dead rat, it wasn’t clean at all! The bedding was never changed. There was pubic hair and skin flakes in the bed! Holes in the walls and the whole place and staff was just sketchy! We left and didn’t go back and unfortunately, the rooms are not refundable. However, I’ll take the loss and not have to stay there!

Absolutely love the office people and the cleaning people are amazingly nice!!! If there's a problem they help no hesitation what so ever!!! I would definitely recommend

Love Kathy so much she is definitely the best and the area is just so close to the water for a small walk and fishing I just love watching the sun go down at the pool in the evenings
