Seaward Motel

Nice property. Well maintained motel. Large rooms. Tip for the A/C…turn off Eco Mode and the unit will run continuously. You need to press the button on the unit do not try it on the remote. For the 1BR Efficiencies the bedroom A/C cools the entire unit--- I found it helpful to bring a small fan to get the A/C into the Living Room.||Great location, walk to everything.

We stayed here and loved it. The room was immaculate and we had housekeeping every day. The place is built solid and I didn't hear noise from any other room. Location is excellent, right in the middle of Stone Harbor and quick walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed meeting other families with kids as my kids had a blast playing in the pool. Even with kids, it's a low-key clientele and very pleasant to be there. We stay/rent other places on the Seven Mile Island and will definitely be back to this motel.

Two blocks from the beach with a pool and hot tub! Rooms were decent and clean. Hot tub was not hot and they make you wash your own dishes or else you get a $25 charge per dish. Beds were not really fully made and they were super tiny and uncomfortable. I think it's overpriced for a motel, but it's also on a beautiful island so checks out. I just wish it was a little bit more for the motel experience. Felt more like an Airbnb w a chore list.

Awesome place to stay, actually very impressive. Has everything you need and nothing you don't. Service was excellent, clean washroom with hot water, plenty of parking. The building itself seems to be built rock solid. The rooms are finished immaculately and with extremely high quality materials and they are unbelievably quiet. Everything was perfect and I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

The room was pleasant and petite. The house cleaning came by everyday and did an excellent job. The management was excellent. Maintaining the pool and other amenities, paying attention to detail. The price was actually reasonable, and the location was perfect. With in walking distance to downtown Stone Harbor and a block away from the beach. This place absolutely completed our vacation. We're definitely coming back!
