SeaLoft Oceanfront Hotel

I reached out to the hotel because my 16 year old daughter mistakenly booked 2 rooms with her Cashapp card and cashapp somehow approved the transaction of $2400 without funds available. I called the hotel and spoke with Marketing manager Sandy Smith and was told that it was non refundable and they would not cancel the reservation. Do not do business with the hotel. They are not good people and now have put my 16 year old in debt. We will dispute with cashapp but I will recommend to never stay at a property that would treat customers and kids this way.

Beyond my expectations, SO clean and loved it. The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. There's an elevator helped since we were on the 5th floor, we were in rm 510 I had booked an ocean front we had a partial ocean view but it allowed us to enjoy a beautiful sunset from the bayside. We watched surfers from our balcony, the ocean is steps away. Definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation! We will stay here again but I will make sure we get ocean front next time.

Hotel stay was good. Definitely book top floors for view. The rooms are good and beds are comfortable. We book top floor which had 2 rooms. The view was really awesome day or night. You can feel the wind and listen the ocean from the bed or balcony. We can quickly get in- out of rooms if we are enjoying the day at the beach. Internet is but downside, but if your TV is not connecting try unplug, wait for 3 mins and plug it back again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I was in a two queen room with the ocean view. The room itself was spacious, the fridge is an actual full size fridge, which was nice to have room for all of our drinks and leftovers. There was a tortilla chip under the couch, and when walking around Barefoot my feet got dirty because the floors were not completely cleaned. Also there was dust on the table that you eat on. Otherwise it was a very convenient location not far from the boardwalk, and steps away from the beach. Some of the front desk staff are a little iffy and don't it seem like they do not want to be there. I specifically called down and spoke to a woman and she told me that I could leave my food in a mini fridge until I was able to come back and get it since we already had checked out, and when I g
