Seabreeze Motel

Overpriced. $125 and no refunds with German roaches, front door had a gap that didn't close, bathroom door closed and locked but was broken. There was no toilet paper or a holder for it and no trash can. Cooled with a window unit and heated with a floor heater, which was all fine and functional. We stayed because everything else was booked and we were too honest about having our little dog. 🙄 And the front desk lady was friendly. There is a fridge and microwave.

Had to be one of the grossest rooms I have ever stayed in. The man was very nice checking in but the room was out of a horror movie. The sheets were dirty -we covered them with our jackets and slept in our clothes. Wouldn't even consider stepping in the shower. There were dead bugs behind the framed picture, a bullet on the bedboard, filth and dust everywhere, yellow stains on the bedspreads, remote didn't work, fridge didn't work and stank, wi-fi did not work, telephone was on the floor with no nightstand, paint falling off walls, got a sinus headache from breathing....was hoping the checkout girl would offer me a bit of a refund but she did not. We went to a Mexican restraunt and laughed about how their bathroom was nicer than the hotel room.

I was staying there with my gf ang and child the property manager Amanda is super unprofessional..I was there four a month not one time did the ask if we needed new sheets towels to anything but we're right over late night when they need to borrow stuff ....tools.ect......looking high .. It took three weeks to get an ac on the room then she kided me and my children out with a two day notice about my work shoes being outside the while we were in a hurry to find a place my old lady feel thrue the floor that was rotten from termites. So we didn't clean the fridge or microwave so Amanda cussed my gf out was super rude went and extorted 300$out of me for the room not being cleaned and damages from a rotten floor...after kicking a family to the streets

If I could give zero stars I would. There are roaches huge roaches. The air conditioner doesn't cool the room at all. Bathroom door doesn't close without pressing whole body weight against it. They let shady people stay there dangerous shady people.

Pros: Customer Service is off the charts. Dawn is a sweet lady that made us feel so welcome. Double room was a decent size. Tile floors CONS: The buildings need updated. The water took forever to heat up. Next to no water pressure in the shower. I would definitely recommend staying here...just remember that you get what you pay for.
