Beware of the rental fee scam SeaBreeze is working out of their establishment. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. But if you're looking for a weekly rental prepare to be scammed.

*****BOOK ELSE WHERE*****|Im going to try and make this quick...no promises though..|We had a 5 night stay booked ahead of time (booked here several times in the past) The fact weve spent thousands of dollars over time and to lose customers for good over $325 bucks and miscommunication is sad frankly when over 10 grand has been spent booking over the years atlest. To sum it up our room slept 6 people and we had to split the group up which were arriving on 2 different days, so 2 vehicles were needed. I arrived and asked front desk associate Emma if i could park and if spots were available for the 2 days left on our stay. Positive: The only positive is the location. Negative: We checked out the same day we checked in. I have NEVER done that before. 1. Blood on blanket2. Pull out bed had dirty sheet3. It was a suite that's supposed to have a/c, however there was only a unit in the main space, none in the bedroom

We recently stayed here and while the property is new construction, the experience was disappointing. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable, more like crib pillows, so we ended up buying our own just to get a decent night’s sleep. The off-site location was not clearly advertised, and the bedroom there had no A/C unit and no TV, which really surprised us. In the living room, where there was a TV, the futon was beat up and cheap, and it even looked like it had been pushed against the wall to hide holes from a prior accident. To be fair, the manager did offer to move us to the main building, but only for the last night of our stay. By that point, we had already unpacked and settled in, so it wasn’t worth the hassle. BED BUGS, BUGS, AND ZERO CARE – DO NOT STAY HERE We have stayed at SeaBreeze Hotel several times now, but after our most recent stay (August 4–7, 2025), we will never return. We checked into Room 117 and the first night I woke up with itchy ankles. The second morning, I woke to a huge cluster of bites and rust-colored stains on the bed — a clear sign of bed bugs. When we looked closer, the mattress itself was stained and disgusting. When I reported this, the staff’s reaction was shocking. They were rude, dismissive, and acted annoyed that I even brought it up. No apology. No urgency. Just a condescending comment implying it was somehow my fault for not noticing earlier. They “moved” us to another room, but that was no favor — the new room was filthy and crawling with beetles and ants.
