Atlantic Birches Inn

Best Breakfast ever. Very clean. Staff so polite. Stayed one night. So close to the beach and many attractions. Great location. Highly advise, definitely will stay again. Thank you so much.

A wonderful experience awaited us at the Atlantic Birches Inn. The family was wonderful welcoming and attentive. The main house is spectacular. We stayed in the Abbott Suite, which was better than expected. Two separate bedrooms with a private adjoining bathroom. For some reason I though it would be two queen beds in one room. Very pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was served every morning at 8:30am so if you are an early riser you may want to seek out alternate breakfast arrangements. The family made 5 restaurant suggestions and we ate at 3 of them in 2 days. Those suggestions were spot on. Thank you folks for your hospitality we would love to return next year and stay longer.

My husband and I stayed here for the first two nights of our honeymoon before flying to our main destination out of the Portland Jetport nearby. We LOVED it here. The place is so cute, beautiful, and romantic. The rooms were super clean and well kept and super cozy. The innkeepers were so sweet and hospitable. Even when we came downstairs a little past their stated breakfast time, they still made us breakfast. Their food was so delicious. I could’ve eaten so many more of those pancakes they made. It was also such a quick, easy walk to the beach and all of the shops and such around the beach. Atlantic Birches really made the beginning of our marriage such a special time and we enjoyed every minute there. Highly recommend them and my husband and I will definitely be staying there again some

We spent two nights at the inn in early August and had a delightful stay. The inn is charming, and the hosts are gracious and welcoming. We stayed in the auxiliary house. Our room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom and great shower. We loved the quiet, comfort of the wide front porch, from which we could watch the passersby to the beach, just down the block. This was our second year staying at the inn and we would love to return.

We just spent the weekend here (Saturday & Sunday night) and it was an overall decent experience. We stayed in the Fiske room. It definitely has that old Victorian era charm. The bed was very comfortable and it was relatively quiet at night. Our only complaints were that there are no coffee makers or refrigerators in the rooms (the refrigerator is very small, shared with other rooms, and is located in the hallway), the TV in our room was quite small, and breakfast is not served until 8:30 a.m., which isn't exactly convenient for those of us who are early risers (we are usually awake by 6-6:30 a.m.), so we had to go out for coffee and breakfast, which kind of defeated the purpose of staying in a bed and breakfast.
