Moontide Motel, Cabins, and Apartments

This was our fourth or fifth time visiting the Moontide Motel, Cabins, and Apartments--and, as always, we enjoyed ourselves. In particular, we appreciate the close walk to the beach and how clean and tidy both the grounds and rooms are. It is VERY clear that the people who own and/or run this place put a lot of work into making sure it is well-maintained, functional, and clean. We love Old Orchard Beach as a whole, and staying at a place where the standards are high is a gift. Thank you for a great stay and we'll see you next year!

My spouse and I have been coming to Moontide for more than 5 years. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. The owner is responsive and truly friendly. Just steps away from the beach. At a mile or so from the pier, it’s quiet and still convenient. I hope to be back for many years to come.

I can not put into words how wonderful Moontide is. We stayed Memorial day weekend in one of the cabins. Check in was super easy. The cabin had everything we needed. Since we like to keep things tidy some kind of kitchen cleaner would have been good too. The bathroom is a little small but workable. The shower was great. Everything was so clean. We had a problem with one TV and a lamp and it was immediately fixed. The outside toys (my son loved the long shovel) and seats to bring to the beach were great. The short walk to the beach was great and the pier was close as well. We walked it many times. It is a little noisy outside (a train would go through many times) but it didn't disturb my sleep at all. We hopefully will be back!

Perfection... year after year after year. This was my 13th visit to OOB and 12th staying in the Moontide. Going to OOB each year, it's natural for the quality of places to ebb and flow based on changing of staff and ownership. However, the one true exception to this is the Moontide. Every single year, we return to our favorite part of the country to the cleanest rooms and property and the most fantastic owners and staff. I'm very happy to know that the Moontide will be waiting for us on the other side of this year's trip around the sun.

We enjoyed ourselves a great deal. Room was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Monika was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, not large but we didnt plan on spending a lot of time in the room, so for us it was perfect. Beach is a very short walk away and we were far enough away from the pier and the town so it was quite. Activities in town were just a small walk away. We look forward to next time, Thank you Monika for making our mini vacation a nice experience
