Beach Villa - Old Orchard Beach

We had a great two bedroom room with a full kitchenette. Owners are on property and care about their property and guests' satisfaction. There repeat customer rating is impressive. We were fortunate to get a room for a couple of nights. Looking forward to going back and see Bob and Cindy.

Stayed for two nights in August 2025. Friendly and welcoming owners. Room was ready upon arrival. Stayed in a one bedroom Villa. Everything was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Full size appliances and large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. The room was at their site across the street from the main location. Very quiet. Few steps across to the pool. Nice easy walk to the beach and downtown. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back!!

Great place with awesome owners. We've been going to this place from generation to generation for years now. We were there at the end of August in the new building. Spacious, perfect for a family or two. Super clean. The owners are very kind and caring. The hotel is just behind the main street, a few steps away from all the fun and food. Highly recommending this place.

Great location and the owners are very hospitable! The room we rented was fully equipped with two bedrooms, a full kitchen and a pull out couch. It comfortably fit our family of 5. The beach and pier were about a 5 minute walk away but was still far enough away from the extra noise. The heated pool and usable gas grills made it all the more homey. We can’t wait to go back next season.

My family and I have stayed at the Beach Villa four years in a row. We have had a great time each of those years. The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the shops. They have a pool for those days you want to take it slower.| We also enjoy the free pancake breakfast on Sundays and family movie night on Wednesdays that they offer.| This is a great place for a family to stay and enjoy their vacation in Old Orchard
