Sea View Inn

Arrived today. Husband booked a 2 room suite. Got registered and was not what he booked, we were put into the annex. My husband said that is absolutely not he booked, he said we traveled 5 plus hours to here and the front desk clerk shugged his shoulders because he didn't care. We were put in a room by the other desk clerk by the pool. We were told they were queen beds and they are only double beds..We have 2 extremely upset teenagers because they didn't want to share room with adults. The rooms could be cleaner, older air conditioner, peeling paint, windows look like they were pried open. Could really need some care...What a wonderful way to start a short vacation!. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least!!!

We stayed in room 14 with our children ages newborn to 10 years old. The room was very comfortable and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We were very impressed with how quiet the room was. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to downtown. The pool was clean and not overly crowded. At one point when the pool did become a little more rambunctious it was nice to see a staff member come out and control the situation. The rooms might seem a little dated, but it is also from wear and tear of being so close to the ocean. Even though they were fully booked parking was not a problem with their extra parking lots across the street. We would definitely return to the facility.

We had a great stay here and felt very safe the entire time. The rooms were very clean, and the whole facility was well-maintained. The pool area was a highlight—plenty of chairs to sit or lounge, plus grills, umbrellas, and tables, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the space. There’s also a private walkway to the beach, which we really appreciated. The beach area was peaceful and quiet, away from the large, noisy crowds near the pier, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The only minor issue was the check-in process—we didn’t realize it had to be done at a different location, which caused a bit of confusion. We also never found the gym, but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

We arrived and checked in at Waves lobby which is three blocks down. Front desk was cordial and explained how to get to room. We reserved an ocean view room, but not able to see the ocean. Room faces the parking lot and next building. You have to go on deck to see water. The bathroom is small and dirty. Cigarettes burns on the bathtub. Wish it looked like pictures online. Hopefully rest of stay will be good.

Location is great right on the beach however for some reason we had to move roomw half way through the week and they lost some of our stuff during the move (down one floor lol). Skip the hassle and pick somewhere else.
