Sea Cove Motel

I obsessively read as many reviews as possible and was to the point of thinking to myself, “what have we gotten ourselves in to”. But, for the price, it honestly wasn’t bad. We had a king size pet friendly room. 1st floor. The floor was all tile, which is obviously very helpful when it comes to pets. But it was also still kind of covered with some sand upon arrival. No big deal. After reading other reviews, I brought my own bedding and pillows to use. I wear shower shoes on vacations but I could tell the tub/shower was not cleaned well because there was still pink colored shampoo/body wash on the wall. TV worked as normal and the AC got nice and cold. Definitely dislike the parking situation; pay to park in their tiny lot or use street parking (which we preferred as it was the spaces direc

the location is pretty great all things considered but the motel itself is the actual problem. would never recommend this place, even with the advantage of a decent location. the bedding was two thin sheets, the window sounded open the whole night wven though it was closed, the lock on the door didnt work and the door seemed to have a gap in it. there was a windy sound throughout the whole room. after reading some reviews saying there was black mold im worried what me and my friend saw on the wall in our room was that. felt sick the whole time i was in this room.

Clean older motel right down street from The Boardwalk. Friendly helpful staff. Bring ur own shampoo and bath soap Good tv with plenty of stations to watch. Safe area. No coffee maker in room but plenty of very good restaurants nearby If u need to save money check them out we were okay with several days stay

Positive: Very close to the north end of the Boardwalk in Ocean City. Pet friendly rooms and very good price too boot. Hotel is older with some minor updates will help. But bedding was clean, comfortable beds and overall no complaints Negative: repaint more often, especially in pet friendly rooms. Coffee available in lobby in am?

every expense spared it seems. stayed with my friend for one night and our room’s lock (room 27) didn’t work. staff didn’t tell us the wifi password at check in either and were generally unhelpful the whole time. i also saw something on the walls that might’ve been mold (???) but it was 12 am and hard to tell.
