Scottish Inns & Suites Tomball, TX

ROACHES!!!!! The first night we were there and turned on the lights in the bathroom multiple roaches were seen on the walls and around the toilet. There were also roaches in the entrance area and the lobby. We told the front desk about this and they promised to send an exterminator while we were gone. The next day there were still roaches when we got back. We had booked this room through Expedia for 5 days. We checked out after the second night and asked for them to just give us a refund for the other 3 days, they refused. Also, we were in town visiting for a funeral and my niece and her husband came over to visit at 8:00 p.m. As soon as we walked in the room, the front desk called us on the room phone and asked "how many people". I informed her that we just had some family visiting after

Positive: It was convenient to find. Negative: Breakfast was lacking. Front desk worker attempted to collect cash for my underage child, saying he wasn?t a part of the stay.

I was afraid of this hotel after reading reviews. I packed my own bedding. I was Pleasantly surprised. It was clean. I did use Febreeze but this Is an old Hotel. I knew that going in so don't compare to higher end hotels. Compare to Motel 6 and it rates right with them. Employee Judy Baker was very nice and informative about the area. I got a room on Saturday night during German Festival. Room was $79 with taxes. I definitely got what I paid for.

The worst room I have ever stayed in. Yall should be ashamed at what yall charge. Room 118 was so loud from the stairs, the bed just had a sheet over the mattress, not tucked in at all. The bathroom had a ring in the toilet like it hadnt been cleaned. It was just dirty and gross. I asked for a towel and the lady said she would bring it but never did. Definitely will avoid this place next time and the breakfast is juice and cereal. The least you can do is make sure the rooms are clean and there isn't someone else's hair on the floor in the bathroom....they havent cleaned in a hard while after seeing how much filth and dirt were in the corners. Just dont stay here.

I’m writing this review because I stayed here last night and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude! I booked the room on booking.com. Upon getting there the woman tried to strong arm me into paying a $30 deposit for smoking. I told her multiple times I don’t smoke and we went back and forth for a while before she decided to call someone and that person told her I didn’t have to pay the deposit. Almost positive I would’ve never saw that deposit again and the woman was trying to scam me. Other than that the room was surprisingly nice for the price.
