Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Tomball

Extremely clean and the front desk woman (assuming she is the Owner) was so helpful and allowed early check in when I asked last minute. Great stay!

Absolutely amazing stay! First room wasn’t in best of shape but we told the front office and they moved us to a new room without a problem! We were in town for a funeral so coming back to the hotel with made beds, (even folded our kids blankets and made up the play pen) new towels and just so clean all around was such a relief. All the staff were so amazing and helpful. If we ever come back to the area, as absolutely will be staying again! 10/10 recommend.

Positive: Clean, comfortable, a sitting area in addition to bed and desk Negative: Door lock very stiff - need muscles to open, but I was warned about this before I took the room.

Pictures did not match the location. It's a lot older and hood than you expect. Tried to put me in a smoking room when I asked for non smoking. It was so bad we just left.

My friend booked our room way in advance, and she selected a kitchenette room so we could prep and cook meals over the weekend. Unfortunately, the cupboards were bare, no plates, cutlery, glasses. NO coffee maker. No oven. The stovetop had two burners but only one working knob. And worst, our mini fridge was unplugged and spotted throughout with mold. We had to go to HEB and buy SO MUCH just to use the kitchen. Our friends in the room next door to us very fortunately had a working (full size) fridge, but they complained their bathroom ceiling was moldy all over.
