Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston NW - Tomball Area, an IHG Hotel

This hotel was clean and the cleaning staff were great. It could use an update to the bathroom. One elevator was out the whole week, oven broke so no hot food our last day. Fantastic coffee though. Just thought we should have been given some extra rewards points for the inconveniences.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. Easily accessible, short drive to Tomball's Main Street. Would not hesitate to stay again!!

The Customer Service I experienced at this hotel was the absolute worst. From trying to book rooms and being hung up on multiple times to check out and not receiving receipts like I was advised I would. Nothing about my experience would ever make me book at this hotel again. The young lady that work the day shift needs a lesson on customer service. She was not courteous at all in trying to help me rectify the issue which she created. Not to mention, when I asked for a Manager, one was not available.

Good morning all, Like to discuss my experience while staying at Holiday Inn Express Tomball. Upon arrival, 1st thing I see is the well-manicured beautiful landscaping surrounding the property (the waterfowl is a plus). Once inside, sincere welcome and fast ck-in. I enjoy coffee and Holiday provides 24 hr access to this in the lobby. Anyway, processing was quick as they assigned my room. The room was amazing, so much so that I took pictures and sent them to my wife as to how nice it is. Lots of room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom and sitting area. Internet worked well and is important due to my daily report submission. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Breakfast presenter stays available to help w/ your needs. The GM Justin, the engineering manager and their front desk clerk were incredibly rude, disrespectful, highly unprofessional and demeaning. They all three appear to be new to this property and seemed to target me for religious beliefs. This is the first time that I’ve seen this type of behavior at this hotel or any hotel chain. I recommend that you find another place to stay if you want to be treated as a customer and with respect.
