Scottish Inns & Suites Bay City, TX

The room was ok but had food on the wall. The TV was not broken but the picture was messed up. And when I asked for new towels because there was food on them (mind you I just got there and needed a shower) I wish I took a picture of them. Anyway she looked at me like I put the food on the towels then told me she was the one who put those towels in there. I just looked at her like maam that does not change the fact that I went to take a shower and there was food on the towels I even left them folded the way she had them. Pieces of ceiling also fell on me while I was sleeping. ALSO they say your card has to be valid through your departure date.... you took my money why would it still need to be valid. I looked on another hotel and they do not say that. Picture posted the one with orange word

I love this place! Not only is it the only "inn and suites" hotel in the area with an actual kitchenette (stove top, fulll size fridge, microwave, utensils and cookware), but the rooms are large and comfortable, very clean and comes with maid service daily or every other day as you need. The manager and his wife are friendly and helpful. There is an effort to make the outside grounds beautiful with flowering bushes and blue lights. I am staying here for 3 months and usually hate staying in a hotel for that long. This is more like an apartment. I'm very grateful I found it and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Was working in the area for a few months. And I personally loved it. Super clean rooms, customer service was great. Parking is a bit tight being that majority of us that were staying all had trucks. But all worked out, well lit was a major plus. No breakfast but plenty of near by places to grab something on the go. Weekly rates were great. Definitely be staying there again in near future on next work project.

I have been staying here about a month. It is very clean and quiet.. The owners are strict which is a good thing.. They have been very welcoming and nice to me.. They are always outside keeping the place clean. I 100% recommend staying here.. beds are also very comfortable.. and the ac stays very very cold lol.. Thank you for a great stay..
