Quality Inn Bay City TX

Good location. Well appointed room. Good size room. VERY CLEAN room. Comfortable bed. Very clean shower. Good selection of TV channels.

My boyfriend booked us a night with a super cool jacuzzi bath in the room and when we turned the water on to use it the water came out orangey red. We let the water drain and rinse 3x water came out light orange still leaving this nasty orange residue. Because of this i give them 1 star. Otherwise breakfast was simple waffles sausage egg cereal milk orange juice and coffee.

It is conveniently located and although located on a highway we could not hear traffic sound.|Spacious room with coffee maker, coffee maker and refrigerator.|The hotel and guest room were spotlessly clean and the queen beds were extremely comfortable, in fact the best hotel beds I’ve slept in, for years.|Nice complimentary breakfast included which was nice.|Well done Quality Bay City.|Highly recommended. ||A very convenient stop over at Bay City||Nice little City with plenty of dining opportunities. We recommend a very nice traditional Mexican Restaurant called Vallarta Mexican Grill on 7th Avenue with an extensive menu. |Bay City felt a very safe place.

EDIT **** is not bay city Texas location it’s the Houston Tx - west chase one !!! DO NOT STAY HERE !! Worst experience ever ! Got to hotel charged an extra deposit, got to room it was run down and smelled . No HOT WATER IN THE MIDDLE OF A WINTER STORM !! Got up to use restroom only to find out millions of roaches in damn restroom and crawling on. Walls ! We got up and stayed in truck until morning , went to see out breakfast , surprise.. waffles toast and orange juice is what they had to offer . I also asked to speak to someone about all the issues he advised me there was nothing he could do to fix any of the issues . !!! Well lesson learned !!! Save yourself from this ! Will be calling. Health department!!

We stayed 2 nights. Had a king room. Room was exactly like the pictures. Newly renovated. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows are fat so if you like flat pillows bring your own. Very quiet. The area is so so but had no problems. The parking lot is very well lit. Everything worked properly. Didn’t swim but the pool looked clean. Breakfast is so so. As usual for Quality inn. I would definitely stay here again. Front desk was friendly and helpful with restaurant options. Location is the only thing I would give less than 5 stars about.
