Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Bay City

We arrived at the hotel around 9 p.m. without having booked a room in advance. We were passing through and were forced to make a stopover due to a severe thunderstorm. Caleb at the reception desk was very attentive and friendly. He explained the prices to us and was always helpful. Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. For the price, this hotel is an amazing value. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choices with fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, and a breakfast English muffin sandwich. There were bagels and English muffins available for toasting as well. Cereal, instant oatmeal, and milk were also available. This is the best hotel that I have stayed at, in Bay City.

This is probably the best maintained hotel I've been to in a while. The front desk staff is friendly always welcoming and their housekeeping is on point my room was super clean. The breakfast even though I was there for a week I only got to enjoy it one day because they served after I already had to be at work which was unfortunate because they had a whole lineup, waffles with all the fixins including blueberry compote, spinach and cheese quiche, scrambled eggs with the fixins, turkey sausage, boiled eggs and fresh fruit, all your pastries and breads, cereals, instant oatmeal, and yogurts pretty much anything. I would stay here again.

My stay began with my room being ready upon arrival. I really enjoyed having the nice music as I entered the room and was very happy that it was exceptionally clean. Emily at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating when I asked for more pool towels. Furthermore, the more mature lady working the breakfast area was also friendly and nice as she offered a high chair for my 3-year old toddler child. Additionally, she kept turning the food every few minutes and made sure the food area was always cleaned. Initially, I chose this hotel because it was more cost efficient, however, I would pay more because of the friendly staff and clean environment. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!
