Homeless make it tough to give a better rating. Always there wanting handouts and management always beating on doors looking for someone in room. They should have a list of persons not allowed so you know and can let them know when they are around instead of just busting in. Might help,maybe...

The very first room I had, the a/c had gone out but the staff was very accommodating and gave me another room with which I had no problems with. The rooms are nice, no bugs and the staff is great. Very friendly and no issues. The staff are also very respectful.

The hotel was very clean, beds were unexpectedly comfortable. Staff was very friendly. It was nice having a microwave and fridge in room. The bathroom was small though. A pool outside along with laundry facilities. I do admire a family owned hotel that’s competing with corporate hotels in surrounding area. Could use some updating but I know the cost limitations in doing that. Would stay here again.

Great service fast check in the room was very clean and when I had a problem with the TV the clerk at the front desk worked until he got it fixed. They were very friendly and had bright personalities. The property was nice and quiet during the night and I had no problem catching a wonderful night's sleep. They offer a nice selection for bfast. It's got a great location where everything you could want is right in walking distance. I would very highly recommend your next stay in Augusta be right here. They go above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as it can be . Thank you for a most delightful hotel experience . I will definitely be staying again .

2 rooms, 2 nights for this years Masters tournament. Location is fantastic, less than 5 min drive to Augusta National. Staff/owner was very friendly and helpful. Rooms, linens and beds were all very clean and comfortable. Older but well maintained. Close to everything. Great value, would definitely book again. Thank you Andy!!
