Scandinavian Lodge

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath courtyard view room. The furnishings were very nice. We have stayed here before and the furnishings in this room were substantially better. (maybe all have been updated since we were there in spring, or maybe they are in the process of rotating) The layout of the room, with the living area and kitchen in the center and the bathroom/bedrooms on either side is a nice plan. Because I had stayed here before, I specifically asked for a courtyard view, and they went out of their way to accommodate me when I called in advance. The indoor pool area, and whirlpool, were delightful. We were often the only ones in the pool! The outdoor pool in the courtyard is in a large open area with a nice wooded view. Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Customer Service! We did a 5-day girls' trip to Sister Bay and stayed at the Scandinavian Lodge. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — we really appreciated all the amenities, especially after long days of hiking in the beautiful nearby parks. What truly stood out, though, was their customer service. After I got home, I realized I had left my expensive makeup mirror in the bathroom. I called right away, and the person I spoke to was kind and understanding, promising to leave a note for housekeeping and the manager to check the room after the next guests checked out. Honestly, I didn’t expect to see it again — but three days later, I received a call saying they had found

Hadn’t stayed here in over ten years but it was as clean and inviting as I remembered. We spent so much time in the heated indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. And all slept like babies in our beds. Great location. And super reasonable during peak season.

Excellent, tidy, comfortable accommodations. Everything you need is there. It looks old fashioned in that the decor is not modern but it works for this place. Everything is very well kept and clean. You could walk to downtown Sister Bay if you wanted to and the Piggly Wiggly is a short drive in the other direction. We were within 25min of all of the things we wanted to do here ranging from the lake to fish boil, wine and beer tasting to pottery shops. We loved this place, will recommend it to others and will stay again. Thank you Scandinavian Lodge!!!

Fantastic! We loved our stay here. Beautiful and clean with all the amenities you expect. We came for the Blues on the Bay. We booked our room for next year - it was that good!
