I cannot say enough good things about this campground. David and Gloria are the most gracious and kindhearted hosts. They have 5 FHU spots on their property with plenty of room to easily get in and out with any size rig. The campground is very private and peaceful and a great place to relax by the campfire. They have even added a laundry facility and showers! It is a great place to stop either for a couple nights or for extended stays. We have stayed here 3 times now and each time wish we had stayed longer. We are already planning our next visit for later this year! Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scallop Tyme. Convenient hookups, fabulous hosts, surrounded by nature with space to exhale. Peaceful, quiet and safe. Property is well-maintained, and Gloria and Dave provided local recommendations and were beyond helpful and gracious to us and our kids. We extended our stay twice because we didn't want to leave. Scallop Tyme will definitely be our first-choice spot whenever we visit this part of Florida.
We LOVED it here. Small, quiet and peaceful, perfect place to unwind. Owners are attentive and very friendly people. We enjoyed every minute of this place and it was a pleasure meeting Ms.Gloria & Mr.Dave. Thank you for everything!! Hope to see you again
