I lived in the gray pole barn 4 years to become very ill, with Black Mold and other Round up pesticides in my furnace room in the garage. Called the landlord out on it. Found he was using 30 day cheap air filters and leaving them in there over 3 months. I purchased my own 3 month filters and had one of my filters tested after 5 weeks, it was black blotches to find out it was black mold. Sneezing and coughing constantly and complaints to the landlord to be called a complainer and asked to move out. I have photos and videos of it all. I didn't sue them as I'm not looking for money.. but I was very sick and had to move out 2 weeks prior, I nearly died in there. Had to get a hotel for 2 weeks after already paying the $1000 rent. Beautiful, clean, well-appointed home! Our extended family stayed here for a long weekend in Clear Lake and we had an amazing time. Comfortable beds, big kitchen with all the necessities, great amenities, and a wonderful shady yard, big deck and firepit were the perfect setting for a relaxing June trip. Couldn't recommend this place more!
