Rustic Mobile Home & Rv Park

If your from Appalachia (lived there for a decade and loved almost all of it) and you you want to feel at home, then this is the place for you. Back your trailer on up, throw the beer on ice and your good to go, almost. You will need to buy a couple flashlights or plan on staying in after dark because for some reason having a porch light or any other illumination seems to be against the rules. It's darker than a cup of coffee in New Orleans.

I used to live here about 6 years ago. It was nice for a while, and most people knew each other. After the new owner arrived (Im not sure of her name or if there's a new owner since then), but it changed most things. This place was never top quality but it was acceptable at one point. Seeing the reviews now I wish anyone who lives here luck.

Stayed a couple nights. Personally didn't have any issues. But looking at reviews, I can't help but comment on how the owner replies to complaints by saying "get the manager to enforce it". You're the owner! That's not the renters job. It's yours!!!! Lol. Sorry, just kind of amusing.

Trees and blackberry bushes from this property are overgrown and invading. Many unsettling sights are within this dumpy trailer park. The entire lot should be demolished.

In it's hay day this place was nice,there used to be a park and the trailer kept up.......not so much anymore
