Royal Inn Midvale

Positive: Nothing it was disgusting. Negative: The entire building was filthy, room numbers were drawn onto the wall with a sharpie, our room floor was stained from one end to the other. The bathroom was too disgusting to even shower in.

i wouldn’t stay here even if it was free. this place is absolutely horrendous. we booked via booking.com last minute and instantly regretted it as soon as we stepped in. it reeked of urine in the lobby and the person at the desk had their entire family just hanging out in the lobby and in the back. when we went to our room the hallway carpet was stained all over and the lights were flickering. once we got into the room we were met with more stained carpet and stained bedsheets! i decided to take a shower before leaving the hotel and the tub WOULD NOT DRAIN. i only showered for 5 minutes before getting out. we decided to go tell the front desk we would not be staying and asked for a refund. the front desk lady was incredibly rude and accused us of trying to scam them. she mentioned the room

My family and I stayed here for a medical emergency and just needed a place to sleep for the night. The immediate smell of piss in the hallway and atrium was a bit of a red flag but I chose to ignore it out of desperation we went directly to sleep as we had been at the hospital since 3 in the morning that prior night. The beds were as stiff as cardboard and the covers had strange stains on them as though they had been spot cleaned with some sort of acid, almost immediately after waking up I noticed more strange stains all over the carpet, some weren't as noticeable but one was a large white crusty stain that I hope was vomit right by the nightstand and right next to it was a half cleaned stain that looked like blood I'm fairly certain that someone had been killed in said room and had been

HORRIBLE! Don’t book here! It was a last minute stay. We were suspicious as soon as my partner and I went in, smelt nasty and the lady at the counter was NOT nice. We went and changed for a dinner. There was a man watching us from the end of the hall until we got into our room, he was very suspicious. Then we decided to take our bags with us because we didn’t trust leaving them. Then we came back with our bags, to find our room with the door right opened. We were so glad we didn’t leave out belongings. That man was still there when we were back roaming the halls. We ended up leaving. Never plan on going back.

If you wanna stay here you should know that the bathroom is not really clean and the housekeeper and receptionist aren’t friendly , is a good place but we thought they bring us a good service , we ask for stayover service but they didn’t do it !
