I just can't say enough positive things about this property... the exceptional/competitive rates... the cleanliness of rooms, halls, grounds and common areas... the structure and fairness of policy... the tasteful selection of upgraded room interiors and modern finishes (upgrading to a premium room that has been rennovated has been the ***best*** few dollar investment ever for me as a professional interior designer... *AND* , most importantly for my personality is that I will do * anything * for the staff here from the property manager, beautiful Margaret... to the dedicated and meticulous housekeeping manager, Lori.. and the stud maintenance manager, Rick... they are all down to earth and hard working professionals. I stayed several months at 151 W. 7200 S. Midvale, Utah. Due to a new job opportunity for my husband, we were planning on getting an apartment sooner but life events would not allow us. This has been the worst experience in my life not only was I treated with no respect, management and staff treat us like if we were living there for free, when we were always paying on time no causing a problem or disturbance yet on 01/19/2018 we got kicked out just because my kids had asked Greg ( manager) to activate their key since they were waiting for my uncle to come and picked them up after school, I had started a new job at Comcast and my aunt who takes care of my kids was running late and being the first week of my new employment I couldn't be late. I love this hotel, Margaret has the most beautiful smile and work ethic I have ever seen. She keeps this hotel spotless, keeps tenants smiling and satisfied because she helps with any issue that arise. This hotel is very quiet and peaceful and I feel safe coming here. The relationships the workers have, Lori, Mr Rick and Margaret is like a smooth jazz record perfect harmony. The floors are always clean and the hallways smell pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for all stays and I am grateful I came here and got to have such a amazing experience thank you all

I made a reservation at this hotel for 2 weeks. When I got to the front desk, MARGARET told me that I should not have booked with Booking.com (Price: $795) but directly with her as she could give me a better price. She made me believe that my reservation with booking.com was cancelled from her end. She then told me that a 2 weeks stay would cost me $1100, which was significantly higher than my booking.com reservation price. I then made a second reservation through booking.com at the same hotel for the same time period for $760.40. MARGARET accused me of being a scammer and doing fraud. This lady was extremely rude to me in front of other customers. She told me that she could not honor that second reservation as the booking.com price was too low and asked me to pack my belongings and leave

Staff is very very helpful. The room is great. My son, Joseph, has stayed at the Midvale Inn Suites for a few months now. He loves the location and the lovely view. It's an absolutely clean and quiet place of safety. My family is so grateful and very very satisfied. We see him being treated like family there, which gives us total peace of mind, during a difficult family situation. Huge kudos to Margaret and May at the desk. It's not just service with a smile here. It's service and caring, delivered with high competence and efficiency and affection.
