been coming here for several years and it never disappoints. it's friendly family oriented, rooms well appointed and staff is always very pleasant and helpful. love the view of the ocean and to roar of the ocean, to get closer you would have to pitch a tent. sunrises are so beautiful. there are bar, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, publix is 1/2 mile away. it's an older resort but very well maintained. although its close to a major street(A1A) there is no problem with noise. most of the rooms have ocean view, but if you walk out of your room like you are leaving you can stand right on the walkway and get a great view of sunset. mon-fri they have activities that are family friendly and not expensive. also the tiki bar has a very nice happy hour. i was there for 2 weeks an

We stayed at Royal Floridian and honestly loved it. The condo is right on the beach you walk out and you’re basically on the sand. That alone made the trip. The condo was fully furnished, clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there, and it actually felt like a place you could relax in, not just sleep and leave. The pool and hot tub were great, the grounds were well kept, and it was just an easy, laid-back stay. Nothing complicated, nothing stressful just a good beach trip. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it if you’re looking for a simple, beachfront condo with solid amenities

The view was spectacular. Access to the beach was excellent as it is just steps from the pool. Service was excellent. The bartender was fun and pleasant. They have many activities throughout the day. Close to many restaurants and walking distance to multiple coffee shops. Only negative was an unclean shower and the bedroom was very small so onlystay again. J nightstand. Would

Positive: I really enjoyed all the activities and amenities offered. The pool area and beach exit were wonderful and we enjoyed them every day. We also had a lot of fun with the mini golf course, right at our hotel! Also the tiki bar was great! Negative: The elevators were in working order but sometimes felt like a gamble with the sounds it made, almost like it was scraping something on the way. Aesthetically the resort was a bit dated, but it was clean and well kept so overall was a great value.

I wanted to like this place more but it was the little things that made it disappointing. Our room had ants. They were everywhere. I also saw a huge cockroach in the hallway that snuck under someone's door. Our second bedroom window pointed out the outdoor hallway and the blinds didnt help the light coming in, that windows needs a blackout curtain for sleeping at night. Also the outdoor pool that said was heated was not. The night before we left they decided to finally heat it. The hot tub needs to balanced, you couldn't sit in it for more than 10 min without getting itchy. Also we were offered by the concierge a 3 night 4 day stay on top of our free adventure if we went and sat through them trying to sell you a week with their company (time share) of course that didn't happen.
