THIEF!!!! After Booking the hotel my family only stayed here for two hours before we found horrible bedbugs. Had to leave immediately and left our black bag with all of my clothes in it, and my Apple Watch went back the next day to get it and was told that it’s not his responsibility to give me my belongings back because I left my bag in the room when I ping my Apple Watch to that location, it said that it was still there. He still refused to give it to me told me he would call me back later and then when I try to file a police report, they couldn’t talk to him because he had left town. Never called me back like he said, found out that he left town and had to make a police report And my Apple Watch still pinging to that location. Dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. Be wise avoid this place. Bugs and trash everywhere, broken furniture, broken water facets, and the fire alarm is missing. I also, got a skin infection that I had to go see my Doctor so he could dive me a very potent medication to get over this. It took about six weeks to clear up and go away. There is a Motel 6 less than a mile away and it was luxurious compared to this place and cheaper.

My son attended a hackathon in Medford and rented a room at this hotel. He woke up covered in bites. He and others could actually see bedbugs crawling around. He’s only 20 and was in a hurry to leave, so he didn’t think to take photos. Otherwise, I would have reported this immediately. This is absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary; the facility should be shut down until it’s properly treated.

Positive: Demolish the entire motel bed bugs and roaches that are living in that motel! Negative: The door wasn?t locked n the rooms were already taken over by bugs, all over the walls the tv the bed the bathroom the beds the entire thing is all bad it shouldn?t be in business. Just because it?s cheap doesn?t mean it?s cheap it will cost you extra

Very neglected property, stairs going up was super rusty, room was really rough shape everything was stained, huge pieces of paint missing, huge burn marks in all the blankets. The plus the room didn’t smell, good shower pressure… worse then a motel6
