Route 66 Inn

My wife and I went there after a very long drive and the place has not been cleaned It had spider webs We went into the bathroom and there was cockroaches in the shower. Blood stains on the sheets. The blankets were filthy. Tried to turn the TV on and it just froze. Playing simple to places that dump and needs to be closed down permanently for health regulations. Also when my wife went to go talk to the manager about getting the refund he started yelling at my wife and told her She is not getting a refund and quit expecting so much lol. For a place that charged us over $100 that place isn't worth a $10 night.. literally needs to be shut down

If I could give this a negative star I would. It all started because we wanted a cheap clean place to stay and that is not what we got at all. We walk in after 20 Hour drive and we just wanted a hot shower and there where cockroaches on the wall. The TV doesn’t work. They’re stains in the bed. We were there literally five minutes took pictures and walked out and got another room down the street. But before walking out, I asked the guy if I could get my money back cause I didn’t want to sleep with cockroaches and he started yelling at me. Do not stay there.

They charged us full price and put us in a room with the window smashed completely out. You can see from the photos that there was jagged glass around the entire frame and cardboard had been set carelessly over the gaping window. The manager refused to even offer us anything else. Very unprofessional and dangerous.

Never book this please. This place is a total scam. All the photos that they add to the gallery are totally fake. When we went to the place there was a lady who was so rude to us as we came to their place to stay for free. Then we noticed that they don't have a water supply in the room. Then we went to the reception they asked about water Again that lady is so rude and shouted at us that the water supply has stopped in the whole city and it's not their fault. Then we said you have to inform this matter earlier so how can we take a shower and all then I called a motel which is next to this place to ask about the water supply and they said they have water. So these people lied to us or they have to have an alternative to supply water to the rooms. Then the manager came he was also the same s
