Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Rosa

Decent basic room. Clean. Mostly updated. Comfortable beds. My room was on the first floor and I could hear the footsteps of the people in the room above me. My window would not lock, which was reported to staff. $90 is a bit pricey for what you get but price competitive with area motels.

I’m surprised this Super 8 isn’t ranked higher. I saved money here compared to other Wyndham properties in this region of New Mexico. All the basics here and very clean and comfortable. I’ll be back.

Positive: Rooms Negative: Only 2 ice machines in the whole place, one was broken Office would not pick up phone When I called to complain a very violent disturbance with my neighbors. They were loud, obnoxious, violent, and rowdy. Tried calling over and over with no answer.

The rooms are what I would expect. Fair. The location was perfect. The service? Glenn is the BEST and he should get a raise. Customer service was a 10! The night auditor could take notes from Glenn. Nahdia (not sure how to spell her name) was not so pleasant. I misplaced my room key and when I went to the front desk to ask for another one, without even asking my name or to see my id she gave me the room key. That’s concerning! Please review the correct protocol so she keeps your guest safe.

Clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. Check-in was great , the receptionist was fantastic and super friendly. Let us know up front the total cost of the room . This is a nice place to stay and it was quiet .
