Comfort Inn Santa Rosa on Route 66

So you know up front - the 4 stars is because there is NO ELEVATOR. If that’s not a problem for you, then you’ll likely have a good stay. Read on. If you like a firm bed, this is your stop! I slept like a rock and my very particular husband did as well. AI overview said the check in process was slow, but that was not my experience. Kyler got me in and out. Be sure to take a look at where your room will be as well as entrance and parking - especially if you have a large vehicle or trailer - because this is a large complex. We arrived too late to really use any amenities, but the pool area seemed large, clean and secure. Shower was hot and towels are large. Curved shower rod gives plenty of room and the area was spacious. It wasn’t super well ventilated but no mold or other yuckies. Neg

Room #118 loud by door. Breakfast-not stocked. I waited 30 minutes still not stocked. To many people for as slow as breakfast person was working. Need a mom who can multitask. He could only stock 8 yogurts one time, went back got 6 English muffins and wheat toast. Young man checking us in was amazing. I say a 10. Room cleanliness was okay. I would say a 7. I don't like to see stains on pillow cases, or fuzzy stuff on my sheets. Great location, right off highway. I would recommend Chicos to eat. Authentic Mexican food.

The young man that checked us in was such a delight. Kyler sold us on the room. We check several hotels and his professionalism was so refreshing. The room turned out to be very clean and fresh smelling wonderful. Kudos to the cleaning staff. The bed was very comfortable.

Spent a night here on the road for work, and had a great stay. Room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was incredible. I stay at a lot of Choice hotels, and this was the best breakfast I've had in a while; shout-out to Vicente for his work!

The hotel was in excellent condition! I was impressed by the staff, the quality, and the updated rooms. Everything was clean. Then there were surprises, such as one-touch doors that opened without having to pull on the exterior door! And the night light... such a great touch to make the stay extremely enjoyable. I was pulling a U-Haul trailer, and I needed a space to stay, and this hotel offered perfect parking and a very brightly lit lot for my trailer to stay safe. Thank you so much to the ownership of this hotel! You all get an A++ in my book! I will be posting this on Google and Hotels.com!
