Hotel Blue 66, BW Signature Collection

Easy to find. Parking was a bit tight with an extended cab pickup. Appears to be a favorite with construction guys. It had a fun remodel so the rooms are quite cute. Couple things like bathroom ceiling and walls were a bit grubby as you tend to find where construction workers gather. (Sorry fellas. I have 3 in my family) Nice TV good fridge, desk , and seating areas. The beds as of early March 2026 are Fabulous. No washcloths for the bathroom. Good shower and sink area. Front desk was soft spoken but very nice. Breakfast looked great. Eggs, potatoes, sausages muffins and carbs. Cereals and juice. I didn’t pay attention but other things available. Nice sitting areas to eat.

First the bad-Dirty! Filthy rooms. I am honestly not sure if they do anything more than replace towels and bedding between guests! I stayed two nights within a week in two different rooms. There is a layer of dirt on the floors as if they haven’t been mopped in a long time. The dirty floors are also reflected by the hair and General particles of stuff you can clearly see on the floor, like they don’t vacuum? The shower looks like it hasn’t been actually wiped down in a long time as well, evident from the amount of people’s hair in the shower and the marks on the walls. There was even crumbs from what appeared to be peanut m&ms under the mattress (I check every hotel for bed bugs before I stay the night). Though the towels were clean, I also found someone else’s hair in one while drying of

Positive: Nothing at all. Negative: Everything. First of all everything says hotel but this was a MOTEL. Lied to from the very start. Bug infested room. Dead and alive bugs. Dirty carpet. Stained couch. Tv didn’t work. Moldy shower. Weird smell. Wasn’t advised the pool was not in use.

The room was new and the furniture as well. The bed was comfortable and the shower is nice with hot water. Breakfast was great with variety of choices. We have a great stay over all.

Inexpensive quick stay if you are traveling 40/66. Workers are extremely friendly. Location is right off the expressway and next to a diner. The rooms are pretty cool. Retro modern flair. The beds have motion sensing lights that light up the floor if you get out of bed at night. Breakfast is included. It was the usual Continental style. Docked a star only because the room wasn't perfectly clean. Sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom smelled funky... Not dirty but not pleasant. Toilet ran all night. The toilet seat was also loose and I couldn't get it to tighten down. Water pressure was good. Water gets hot. Exactly what to expect from a 2 star accommodation. Would stay again.
