Rosemont Terrace RV Park

Yes this park is under new ownership. They also have lots issues that the past owners never fixed. The property is so much cleaner and a lot less cars then before. New office is so much better then using the front room of the managers home. Bathrooms are clean but outdated, again not the new owners fault. They have a lot to do to get this up towards the 4 and 5 stars. Taking over a property right as Covid starts must be difficult! Still we had a good time!

What a great time our family from little children and adults have stayed here from 1997 on up. Originally it was called Anthony's but changed hands to Don and Linda very nice people. Since changing the ownership there have been many changes of improvement to the surroundings. It will accommodate up to 40 ft motor homes and it has cabins to offer also. I have no problem recommending Rosemont Terrace RV Park to you. You will have a very nice stay while there. Always felt safe there and not worried about anyone break in while away from my accommendations. Close to the city center and the beach within walking distance. Showers--laundry mat--fish cleaning station--and many more available at Rosemont Terrace RV Park

A hidden gem in Long Beach! First time staying here (won’t be the last) in the cabin section. One bedroom + a hide a bed and a half kitchen (no stove). It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Very quiet surroundings maybe 8 blocks from the main downtown hub and beach is around 800 yards away.

We stayed at Rosemont Terrace and it was a great experience. The restrooms and showers were nice and clean. The owners were great with a good sense of humor. I mentioned that I had a DVD player in my RV with no DVDs and Dean one of the owners or managers let me borrow three from his personal library. Linda the owner was very helpful in helping me set up internet and cable. They were very helpful with directions and with any questions we had. The location is perfect only a few blocks from down town and a strait shot to the beach. I highly recommend this place. Tony

Used to be Quiet place, new owners took over in April & electric hook ups don't work, security lights are kept off at night & bathrooms are never clean. Close to town, on bus line, laundry & hot showers/restrooms, fish cleaning station. Full hook-ups, NO cable anymore.
