Rogue Regency Inn Medford Airport

This hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are large & comfortable. The restaurant/ pub attached is so convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was great! 5 minutes from the airport.The staff is accommodating & helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a good stay. However, they made some mistakes when booking us. They did separate booking for separate days. Ask us to leave the room and gotta lock out of our room.We had to reinstate our keys. And instead of putting a deposit as we arrived on a credit card and charge us when we leave, they charged us right away. Although they fixed it later and refund me. The rooms are OK, although the whole way is a bit creepy. It's an okay place, nothing spectacular.

Driving on I-5, we needed a place to stay and this was just right for a quick overnight rest. ||The first room we were assigned had a very noisy toilet that kept running at random times. When we requested a different room, Josh at the front desk was extremely responsive and kind, moving us to a better room across the hall. The continental breakfast included a hot breakfast sandwich, a nice touch. ||While not a top notch destination hotel, this place is a good solid hotel for a restful sleep when you need one.

I stayed there two months ago and had a good experience, so I went back. This time, I wasn't very satisfied. The refrigerator was noisy at night. The mattress also made noise when we turned over, and it was about two inches away from the headboard, so we had to move the mattress to find clothes that had fallen off. The room window couldn't be locked.

The breakfast area staff provided excellent service every morning—friendly, attentive, and always making sure everything was well stocked. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained throughout my stay. The front desk team was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. They have a shuttle to and from the airport. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!
