Customer Reviews
I booked and arrived with low expectations given the online reviews. It was a busy weekend and we booked last minute so I didn’t have many options within my budget. At first glance the room looked and smelled clean. We only had planned to check in 8pm, sleep and check out the next morning so I wasn’t too picky. However, I ended up leaving in the middle of the night to sleep in my car. I was disgusted after killing 4 roaches in the first 3 hours I was in the room. Needless to say I will not be returning.
Everything was amazing, especially the price. Super clean except the floor. One should always be confident in walking around bare footed in a hotel/motel. It’s a bedroom on the road after all. I was very impressed over all with the place. Merely posting these pics so management can make necessary changes for the future.
DO NOT stay here. It is absolutely filthy. There are roaches and it looks like they have not cleaned in days. We went up to ask for a clean room. They said they are fully booked out. We ask for our money back and all he said is he will call the manager. All they did was have the cleaning lady clean our room and refuse to give our money back. The roaches are so bad we had to get roach traps. If you want to have roaches all over, and for them to refuse to give your money back, then this is the place to stay. ROOM 212
CAUTION!!! Black mold in room! When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of bleach and fresh paint. That should have been the first clue, but I had other things on my mind, mostly that my asthma is affected by the bleach and I wasn't trying to have an asthma attack before dinner. A couple of days in, the reason for the bleach smell became apparent when the black mold started to appear in the corners and around the light fixtures. I also noticed that the shower leaked from underneath the insert. As in, there is a busted pipe somewhere and when you shower, it floats the floors. Inside and outside the bathroom. Now I'm sick. Yay. So yeah, just skip the black mold ridden place and stay somewhere else.
Room had an awful odor like sewer or a mixture of a dirty rag with a cleaning agent. The bathroom faucet was a struggle to operate and needed to be replaced. The side panels of the bed arr a metal panel which makes a loud noise if you touch it. You could see light coming in from the bottom of the exit door and the refrigerator recycled every five minutes making a loud noise. Was the worse hotel experience and needlesss to say I didn’t have a rested night.
