Rodeway Inn Shippensburg I-81

Booked in 3wks advance, since most of hotels are booked near Fairgrounds for the Uprise Festival event. The rooms is good, service is not that great but the cleanliness it could have been better. I have to clean the bed when I open it under the blanket, saw some dirt. But the price is affordable, stayed here two days and two nights.

The room was very dirty. The headboard looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and there was a dead bug on the top of the headboard.

I check in and paid for a week and 2 hours later i was told to leave the room because they had over booked. Staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Make sure they have rooms before you pay or you’ll be made to leave and have to wait days on your refund.

Worst hotel ever. They told me one price, and then when I checked my credit card the next day, they charged me an extra $10. I called Choice hotels, because rodeway is part of that. They said they would "investigate " but i am not holding my breath.

This room was not work 77 a night!! First thing I saw when I walked in was a dead roach, then more starting coming, very dirty fridge and microwave. I had food to heat up and I couldn’t even heat my meal up, instead I ordered out, I will never stay at another rodeway inn,
