I never leave reviews, but I felt this one is NEEDED! RUN RUN RUN RUN and when you think you’re far enough away, RUN SOME MORE!!!! I would give this place a 0 star but it recommends to give at least 1 star so here I am! The pictures of this hotel on the site is BEYOND misleading. Me, my husband, and 2 small kids arrived at 1 in the morning and right off I got an uneasy feeling when we pulled up. 1: you couldn’t even get in the lobby ( I’m assuming for the workers own safety cause this location isn’t safe), they make you stand at this little window outside. My husband the whole time having to watch his back cause it was such a sketchy area. 2: our reservation confirmation online was a “ reserve now,pay when arrive”. This hotel on the website is very misleading. No breakfast as pictured. Nothing at all as pictured. The room was very dirty and had a horrible smell to it. My family and I were in this room 5 minutes and had to go back to the office to let them know the condition of the room and to turn in our key cards. I would not have even asked for another room. We went to another hotel to stay. My advice is to spend $50 more and move on.

The Room were dirty! hair and bugs on the floors, they very sticky as well. The sheets were dirty with stains and hair on them. The bathroom wall has stains on them above the tolliet! I asked for NON SMOKING. The room smelled like stale cigarettes!! The refrigerator had a TOWEL IN THE FREEZER PART!🤔 The microwave had been used and spillage on plate!! That couch was so dirty it should be placed in the trash. The noise from the room above was llike someone rolling bowling balls . The best part is the floor at the entrance way to or from the bathroom is a structure issue!! You say why I didn’t inform the front desk all these issues? I am doing a travel nursing assignment and this was the best meeting point to spend time with my family for the Memorial weekend holiday. I called customer service to find out if they would allow my son and my husband to check into the room because I would be at least an hour and a half late due to me just getting off from work. Customer service confirmed it was fine, but when they got there, the owner had his own plans and after 15 minutes of getting very upset, they finally allowed them to check in. When I arrived, the hotel is under construction, inn which is NOT mentioned online prior to the reservation. This hotel looked like a site to dump bodies. No lock for the top of the door, the tub would drain, fruit flies by the bathroom sink and a shower curtain that looked like poop or dried

Run like RUN!!! Came and stayed for my kids to use the pool. Nope empty in July and not being filled. Door to the room always stayed partly open because someone had boot kicked it and was never fixed so you could see outside. The smell of must in the room was insane. Floors turned my feet so black from the lack of cleaning it’s unreal. Dead bugs, used q-tips and half open pad were found on the floor/chair in the room. Shit spilled all over the wall that were never cleaned. Half used soap bottles left for us to use when we checked in. Let alone the holes on the bathroom walls that were not patched let alone filled with toilet paper!!! Cat that also was outside spraying on everything. People banging and yelling at all hours of the day which is wild.
