Rodeway Inn At Fort Lee

If I could give this hotel a zero I would. I just want to warn potential customers that this hotel runs a scam on keeping customer deposits without notifying the reason. My sister was told that she lost her deposit because the sheets were dirty but keep in mind your suppose to wash them anyway. When I tied to speak to the manager she acted like she couldn’t search my account by my name and told me she was going to investigate and give me a call back. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and I do not recommend this company they refused to show me proof and I’m just warning everyone to make sure you get your room checked and cleared before you leave so this won’t happen to you.

The lady at desk will harass you everyday Jonha or Johana something like that there wS a note letting her know time I would be downtown pay she said she knows but she just want to make sure. That's one time 2nd time she continued to charge my card fir a pet fee that is a service animal with papers to prove it. Then she wNted to try charge extra 30 for the room. She would harrass my children. Becareful now the other employees are super nice. We left and went to another hotel all because of this lady. Just know we will be staying at another hotel you just lost 6 months worth of hotel stays. We are choice members. DO BETTER!!!!

dumpy, run down|nauseating smell of cheap air freshener overpowering|bathroom door rusty & missing a lot of paint no Kleenex|bathroom flooded when we used the shower because it was a walk in flat shower but missing a border to contain the water & water dis not drain. nightmare||never again|do not stay here

We had to get keys to three different rooms before we could get into a room. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC was almost useless. Everything felt damp from the humidity. Clean room, good shower, good bed. Bad AC and door problems. Ok for a one night stay with my son to go fishing.

The staff that was Indian was a bit rude and not understanding.The rest was very nice. Some of the towels were slightly dirty but the new ones they gave me were clean. Every thing else was fair. At night the people above me were pretty loud but it just was what it was.
