I couldn’t give 5 because I had 3 rooms for this trip. Two were ok but one was just in need of work. Walls were dirty sheets were stained pillows were well just say I felt like I was sleeping with just pillow cases cause they were so so flat. Front desk staff was nice except didn’t want to except my rate I was given housekeeping very friendly the other two rooms were exceptable basic rooms for basic price. As I was saying my room was the issue and they were apparently over booked couldn’t change rooms cowboys in town so hotel over booked prolly why they had issues with my lower rate.

The housekeeping staff was amazing for the time we were there. Now I’m going to be upfront with everyone when I say this is not the best of the best no breakfast like the website says, there is no pool in any season. The front desk staff is not helpful at all. We had to ask for roach spray the first night but there was gnats and roaches. The room was supposed to be non smoking but everytime we left and came back that is all you smelt. This was not the best decision we made but we know for the next trip.

Value quality cleanliness and wonderful customer service! A great supporter of veterans active and retired I visited my family who lives the DFW metroplex great location in Arlington near stadium forum bowling and shopping for any and everything you might want or need. Will absolutely be staying there during the holidays!.😄

Positive: Didn’t like the hotel. Poorly cleaned. Had bedbugs. Talked to the clerk and canceled my reservation. Negative: Did not receive a refund for the room after being there for 10 minutes. Room had bedbugs and roaches in the bathroom.

No. Just don’t. Rooms are not worth what they charge in my opinion and they are rude. You would think having a reservation and being there for 8 days we would be treated a little better especially since the reason they were rude and extremely unprofessional was their own fault for not committing between employees or owners. Very disappointing with them being in hospitality.
