Wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. Just a very unsafe area and unkept. Stay away especially if you have children please.

If you look at the satellite view on maps of this place....its surrounded by properties that are really creepy. Trash and junk for DAYS.....I wouldn't vacation near trap houses and that's exactly what those properties look like.

Lied about refund. I called to book a spot, in April. He quoted $425 per month, if I paid the electric, or $625, if he paid the electric. I said that I would pay my own electric and agreed on $425 and gave him my credit card number, for one month. The next day, I noticed that he had charged $638 on my credit card. I called and told him that I didn't agree on that amount. He changed his story saying that the $425 was only for long term residents and only after a term of paying the $620 monthly. I told him that I did not want to rent from him. He offered a refund for the full amount. A week later I still did not have a refund posted and called him. He said that I had cancelled on a Friday afternoon and the credit would post to my account within 10 days. After not getting a refun

Late evening nice and cool... So beautiful around sun setting...sooo going back tomorrow to enjoy another nice walk.. even took my shoes off and walked around in the water..
