Riverside Inn & Suites

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Terrible!! Worst place I've ever stayed at. Disgusting, dirty, run down, loud, and overall completely shady! One of the maintenance guys walked out of our room, right as we were coming up the stairs, he had helped himself to the bathroom. The door wouldn't close properly, nor did the lock, which felt very unsafe due to the shady people that were moving about throughout the entire night. The bathroom was filthy, the tub/shower was inoperable, and there were holes in the walls, doors, and missing light fixtures... I could keep going but you get the point.

Terrible stay. All of the positive reviews are fake. Photos online do no match room. Roach bait was visible in the room, the tub was dirty and didn’t drain, and they only gave two big towels with no small ones. The area felt unsafe with drug dealers and users coming in and out all day, plus car alarms constantly going off, which made me nervous about my car. I booked two nights but left in less than 24 hours. I told the front desk I was checking out early and they said okay, but the manager later lied and claimed I fulfilled the stay. Dishonest management and awful conditions ...don’t waste your money.

I didn't wanted to write a review, but I felt that I should. I booked it for family stay under my dad's name due to him having the AAA membership. It was for one night and it was the worst hotel I have stayed in. ||||- There was no trash can in the room nor in bathroom||-There was a lot of garbage behind the dresser as I moved it to plug-in the iron||- The wires for the phone were all disconnected||- I asked for towels in the morning as it was 4 of us staying in a suite. I was told that the housekeeping staff doesn't get here till 11:30am. We only had 2 towels to use for 4 people. The front desk literally said to "re-use the towels we already have" because they do NOT give out extra towels.||- There were plenty of drug-addicts in the parking lot and loud throughout the night. There was one

It's close to the really nice Tyler Mall and close to anything you need. The rooms were nice and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I personally like because it's always nice and quiet. And you can't beat the price. Highly recommend this property.

I'm not kidding please listen to me!! this was the worst freaking Motel I have ever stayed at in my life! roaches everywhere and I was stupid enough to try to have my dinner in my room and they all came at me! the bed had holes in it from cigarette Burns or something the bed was crawling with roaches I am not trying to be funny I slept in my car. All four walls and above had people bumping into something and yelling their dog or each other! they charged me $80 I was desperate but if I had it to do it over again I would never have stayed there! it was something straight out of a comedy or a horror movie!
