Dynasty Suites Hotel

It was absolutely terrible. It’s one of the cheaper options in the area, which is why I decided to book a room with a king-size bed. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, there was a strong Indian-style fragrance in the air. I wasn’t really used to it but that's ok. The first room they gave me had BLOOD STAINS on the bed sheets. After I complained, they changed me to another room — but then I found long hair on the back of the pillow, clearly left by a previous guest. I honestly can’t understand how such hygiene conditions are even possible. I ended up sleeping through the night fully dressed, without taking a shower or changing into my pajamas. Bathtub is malfunctioning, difficult to operate shower. Toilet flush overflowing. Nicotine and marijuana smell every where. They did not clean our rooms daily. Very noisy area. People are shouting outside before 6 am in the morning. Not worth it . They need to work on cleanliness .

Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

This is more of a motel than a hotel. Stayed here because the other places I'd preferred were booked, and it was an OK experience. It seems to be family-run, but some of the rules and signage at check-in were strongly worded and were off-putting to good paying customers who have no intention of stealing motel property or fighting or using bad language. The room was spacious and clean, but the smell of chemical cleaner was very strong upon arrival and I needed to air out the room for a bit. The room has a lot of nice amenities, like a coffee maker, razor/toothbrush/shoe shiner, refrigerator/microwave, TV and wifi, and even a pull-down ironing board. I appreciated that! Disappointing and visibly looked unkempt and dirty. Lady at the desk was walking a fine line between bare minimum helpful and rude; there was a bell at the entrance and you couldn’t go in without ringing it, making it feel very sketchy. Office also had a weird smell, like some sort of smoking cigarette or something else (it did NOT smell good). The room was…okay. Basic and below average. There was a weird smell circulating around the room (flowery and sickening) that made my family want to throw up. The countertops were sticky. Lighting was dark. Location is okay. Would not stay again; made me feel unsafe the entire time. There was a lot of creaking and the door kept making strange noises.
