Thunderbird Lodge

The location, the service was absolutely A1. The only issue that I would say that I experienced was a bit of a 🪳 problem. I only saw a few (1-3) during my stay but it was more than I was accustomed to. It was fairly quiet and comfortable here. I would highly recommend 👌🏽♥️✨

There was an underage girl screaming and crying for hours in the room next to mine. Then there was *** sounds and thumping. I complained but no response. I asked for a refund and was denied. Worst hotel experience I ever encountered.

I had stayed here overnight for a concert I was attending close by at The Riverside Municipal Auditorium. Overall the room and property were nice. The room had no clock, there was a microwave and fridge in the room. I set the time of the microwave after plugging it in. The room had no Kleenex, the wifi was tricky to connect with, and the building was loud with other travelers as the walls were thin, and people stomped in the room above me. My room was a corner room and you can tell someone had a pet in the room before because of the scratch marks in the bathroom. The floors in the room collected a lot of dirt due to the hard floors. The front desk agents were very nice and attentive.

DISGUSTING. We were in a nonsmoking room and there were cigarette burns on the comforter. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. It was outdated and so so foul. Never again.
