Positive: It was a beautiful hotel the experience was amazing. Negative: Our room did not meet our expectations our shower burly throw out water

Wow dont know wjere to start we had a great room with a great view. My girl surprised me for my birthday and valenetines day. I was so happy how she coordinated with the staff to make this happen. I was totally impressed on the room and enjoying our stay. Close to everything we were getting into for the night and we were very happy. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay..

Overall, it was a pleasant few days stay in the Junior King Suite, during week of Christmas 2025. Meals were provided via room service several times during visit. Meals prepared well, sometimes longer delivery wait than others, most of the time food came up hot, only one occasion where food ordered not received yet billed anyway. A mixup occurred first afternoon with dinner reservations which were made over a month ago, but quickly cleared up and resolved. Shout out to Laura, Rebecca, and Alejandro who were Mission Inn superstars who shone brightly by stepping forward to correct others errors and making our visit bright. Called the Hotel to reserve space for my family to gather post cemetery in Riverside. Dining person responded to my reservation by stating their policies, “must pre pay tea and no shows $20, Mexican restaurant was suggested but as I didn’t have final attended, “ said I thought 8-10. Called back to inform we are 11 looking for a 2-3 pm slot. She now says we are required to do the Mexican shared pates at $50 a person and $20 no shows. We discuss Mission Inn restaurant, so I needed to check menu as we are in between meals, so maybe small plates and I’d call back..|There were no condolences, no let’s see what we can do for you, just business for them. What an absolutley charming place! I didn't get a picture of my steak but it was perfectly cooked and oh so tender. Stop in and enjoy yourself! The ambiance is stunning, they had it lit up for Valentines Day. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to the next time.
