Quality Inn Riverside Near UCR and Downtown

I booked a room for my family visiting me here in Riverside. At check in, the front desk told them there was no hot water. I dont understand why that’s not something they would mention in an email or phone call before they got there. It’s honestly ridiculous, and I would truly recommend staying anywhere and I mean ANYWHERE else. Heck a motel 6 is about the same quality and you’d probably save a couple bucks.

The bedroom was well maintained and very clean. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of freshly cooked foods and fruit juices. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I wasn’t disturbed during my stay. The price was also great for the quality received

I love staying here nowhere else have I ever gotten the amazing customer service from the night manager I dont know his name he knows mine though and is always so welcoming and helpful! the rooms are always clean with a comfy bed, thick towels and plenty of them and the pillows are always fluffy. this last stay there were a few questionable ones but there's so many they aren't flat like at other places. You get a great breakfast and are able to watch Netflix if you want or youtube on the tv. This last stay the ac want very good but this is the first time I stayed in this room. its usually great. I will always come back I am treated more like family than a friend or just another customer. can't beat it in riverside.

I stayed here for two weeks in room 143 and I do regret not asking for a different room or a partial refund. It was a nice stay as my daughter and I were unbothered and it was quiet but there were quite a bit of issues. To start, our feet were turning black from the hardwood floors the moment we checked in. Not once did room service stop by and the one time I did ask for a little clean up and change of linens/towels, the lady did a poor job - She grabbed a towel, turned the water on from the bathtub, and decided to use the watered wet towel to mop the floors and she didn’t even do a good thorough job of getting every corner of the floors. Where was the cleaning solution and disinfectant? Horrible! Our feet were still turning black. Literally had to have my daughter on the bed for the majo

Positive: Good Internet, good TV reception. Negative: This is an older motel that is in need of renovation. The office chair in my room was worn out. The lampshades were old and shabby. There is a lot of old peeling paint. The swimming pool area needs renovation and new pool furniture.
