Riverside Estates Mobile Home & RV Park

I lived here several years ago and while traveling through Covington this weekend I decided to stop by and see how the place looked. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much better it looked than when I lived here. I stopped and spoke with old friends and as I was complimenting on how much better the park looked, they said they owe it all to the new management in the office. I haven't met the new office staff but I had to leave a review so they would know their hard work has not gone unnoticed! This place looks great, great job!

What a pleasant experience I had with Katie. From the minute, she answered the phone. She was so accommodating and knowledgeable. I called to get some information to help a couple in need and by the time our conversation was over I was thrilled to be able to send them over to Riverside Mobile Home Park. Katie met with them and was able to help with their future home. I can’t thank her enough for being so nice and making them feel welcomed. You just don’t find that these days. Thanks again Katie!

While we were setting up our arrangements to come to Covington, JENNIFER made us feel extremely welcome on all our many phone calls and was very patient in answering all of our questions. We came on a miserable rainy day and the lot we were going to have was pretty wet and JENNIFER allowed us to move to a dry lot, which was awesome since it was a last-minute switch. Payment was so easy that I didn’t even realize I had all the payment information in an email From Jennifer. We were so glad to see a dog park. Our dog was cooped up in the car for quite some time so this was a great amenity. It is so close to the highway on an access road, and my husband was here for business. . The price is great. We talked to some of the neighbors and they’ve been awesome. Not as much street noise as I would’

The new managers really take a lot of pride in this community. You will see them in the office but also out in the park assisting maintenance, delivering mail, cleaning the playground, etc. This park has really improved over the last 6 months and I know it's because of these ladies. Thank you Katelyn and Jenifer for all of your hard work. We appreciate you !

This place has come a long way since new management change this year. The managers truly care about their residents and are not afraid to get out in the park themselves to work and help make changes that are needed to better the community. Jenifer and Katelyn work hard and They are amazing!
