Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Covington

Staff is friendly however, there is no free breakfast in the mornings. You have to pay at the bistro if you want something to eat. I’ve attached the menu for the breakfast. Hotel room: the air conditioning sucks! I stayed hot all night (I’m cold natured so I usually am sleeping under several blankets, but slept with just a sheet) The water pressure is terrible. It’s like a little trinkle. I seriously don’t think I got all my shampoo out. Would I stay here again?? NO, absolutely not.

This facility feels modern, new, and neat. The staff are very friendly. It is also very quiet and feels safe. Best place to stay at when you pass through. You may want to eat first before you come to this neighborhood though. There are not that many good restaurants to choose from. Still, my family all agree that we would stay again if we are passing through the area again.

Very Disappointed. |Room was initially lacking:|Caffeinated coffee - only had decaf|Shampoo - completely empty |Body Wash - completely empty|So I requested and received these items but the person was unable to remove the old body wash and shampoo from the wall holders. They said they would have housekeeping do it. We left for the day with the impression that housekeeping was coming. Fast forward to that evening - no housekeeping had been done. I called the front desk and they informed me that my room was not scheduled for refresh that day. See screenshot of the Marriott website for this property showing that housekeeping is done daily. We went to the front desk and got new towels, coffee, etc. Not the experience I'm used to with Marriott (I'm Gold).

The hotel and the design are new. The large shower with controls at the entrance rather than under the shower head is very convenient, as is the motion sensor floor lighting. We couldn't get a late check out, but the lobby has several private lounging areas where we could sit, rest, eat, and even watch television. The staff was very friendly, and everything was very clean.

Book room online, paid online, and thought everything was good. When getting there was told need to pay 75.00 if we wanted the breakfast or bar, and if didnt use we should get our 75.00 back in 7 to 10 days then another person in a couple of days. Room was good for the night.
