The room was nice and clean had everything I needed plenty of dishes great tea and coffee and the breakfast there was delicious ! Staff was nice ! Front desk area was beautiful and had a very calming and relaxing vibe . No noise at all very comfy bed plenty of lighting safe deposit box if you need ..shampoo n conditioner if need lovely smelling hand soap and lotion ..I really enjoyed my stay

The service and hospitality at Home2 Suites Covington were absolutely top-notch. From the moment we arrived to long after we left, every staff member we encountered was warm, gracious, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, but what truly sets this location apart is its people. After I accidentally left behind a necklace my daughter bought me for Christmas, the kind woman at the front desk personally made sure it was found and mailed back to me — simply because she understood how much it meant. Thank you, from one mama to another, for your kindness and heart. You turned what could have been a heartbreaking moment into something incredibly special and meaningful. What a wonderful way to start 2026. Highly recommend this hotel!

Brand new great location breakfast was terrible looked 2 days old. |Design was great had one bedroom|Cool was great they're always trying to take out the pools

I always bring my own cleaning supplies to clean the room just for my own comfort. I still did my normal cleaning routine but honestly it wasn’t necessary. I had a bit of an issue with the digital check-in but by the time we arrived the issue was resolved. I only encountered the front desk and housekeeping and they all had great customer service. I’d definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here and had the best service! The hotel was clean, quiet, and very nice. All staff members were very friendly. My daughter on our second day saw that there was not any bacon on the free breakfast line. A hotel staff member overheard this and made bacon especially for her, so sweet! Highly recommend this place.
