River Oaks MHP

I stayed here about a month. It's very peaceful quiet and friendly. The dog park is a decent size. Love how they are dog friendly and they do provide bags for any messes. The owner was wonderful she got us in and settled very quickly. Often times you will see her about the campgrounds should you need her. Also love how they have "quiet time" that's at 10pm. So I didn't have to worry about any loud noises! 10/10 definitely recommend. Power and water and waste is all included. Trash is by the front entrance. They have showers and a pool table as well. They have wifi and they have cable. Can't beat that. Will definitely come to stay again.

River oaks trailer park one word TRASH!!!!! I want to start off by saying management (Linda)doesn't do anything when people are literally being Hit, Harassed and treated like garbage. Second of all, the people in the trailer park a few trailers in particular like to start drama and like to cause problems for other tenants, Third off, nothing and I mean NOTHING is being done to change it I'm so glad to have moved out of that hell they call a trailer park, just some advice for people looking for a place to land and have their RV stay away from this place.

Great place to vacation they offer long term as well as Short term stays .water and electric included Wi-Fi and apparently cable but I haven't used that yet.best prices around town . Laundry facility on site and bath house.close to everything

I lived here for almost 8 months and unfortunately I can't wait to departure because I confronted the "Boss Lady" and she wanted to persist that there is nothing she can do about people in the park having some heavy hard core drugs. But there's nothing she can do about it? So if she can't who can? Ecxactly the management here is very not friendly for kids. So just from a wise person to you (hopefully a wise fella) if you have a baby, kid, teenager, and your trying to get to a better area, I promise this is not the place you want your kids to roam. They give notices for the silliest things, "there's to many leaves on the awning" mind you, they have trees above our houses, also, when they have the tree guys come out, they to do not do there job. Overall not a bad place to stay. People are friendly. It's quiet lots of shade trees. Laundry and bath house available free water and cable with plenty to watch when the rain comes. Could use a pool and need a inline filter to use the water but it's palatable with that. Been there three months and have had no complaints
