Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brooksville-I-75 by IHG

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a Month and a half for his work trip. Normally I get home sick quickly but the staff here made my/our stay extremely welcoming. The front desk receptionist were very polite & were the entire time we stayed, & housekeeping did well with cleaning our room daily and getting anything we needed per request. If we come to Brooksville again, I’d definitely book with this company and staff again. 10/10 recommend!!

The staff at this hotel make you feel like you’re staying at a luxury resort. They were ALWAYS super accommodating and friendly. The room was quiet, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I literally can’t think of a single negative thing to comment on. Our stay here was SO much better than we might have expected for the price.

Positive: The 3 girls at the front desk were delightful and helpful. The room was cleanest room ever. The morning breakfast was generous and delicious. Negative: Having to leave so soon.

Rooms are extremely clean and new looking. The breakfast was delicious. I had eggs, biscuits, and potatoes. I also grabbed a muffin and a cinnamon roll. All were so good. The staff here are incredible. They are super friendly and helpful. The room service is also great. Of your in the area I highly recommend this place. Its next to so many great places to eat too.

I’m handicapped. I booked a room for a handicap person. They stuck me on the 4th floor in a regular room and said I’m sorry we have been busy and someone has that room. I was unable to take a bath and could barely get up off the low toilet. I had to get help which was humiliating. They did not care still charged me full price and it was their mistake. We had traveled too far and I was too tired to try and find another hotel for the night. I will never stay there again.
