Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brooksville West by IHG

Room was spotless. Came in late and check in was super simple and quick. The lady at check in was cheerful and kind. Breakfast was up and available early. Eggs, omelets, sausages, cereal, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, bagels, toast, coffee, teas, juices, and yogurts. The breakfast attendant was an absolute sweetheart. Great stay, would recommend!

This is an amazing new hotel very clean wonderful staff great breakfast couldn't ask for more. What I loved most is I had a handicap room with plank flooring I hate carpet carpet is dirty holds germs nasty.. so The Plank Floors made me feel extra clean and tidy. I also loved it that no pets are allowed because I'm allergic to cats and dogs and I didn't have to suffer with allergy problems thank you how it's a day in for a wonderful experience and for thinking about those with allergies.

Positive: Location is great. Check in was friendly. Negative: Being awakened at 2am by guests at the entrance sitting with their 40 oz. beers yelling at each other.Breakfast was rubbery and lackluster. No sausage gravy and biscuits.Lady at checkout was quite rude. Even at a discount I feel I paid double.

Was not impressed weather new requirements of $150 additional hold were they actually take the money from you instead of a card to hold from incidentals and then not having a working coffee pot in the room but you're not being informed that we could come downstairs and get it. Who wants to come downstairs the morning after I get away with her husband to get coffee. LOL but other than that everything was amazing ❤️

Rooms were pretty great. Very clean but the AC unit was pretty moist humidity wise. Would have liked to have had a true smart TV with apps to log into. Overnight vehicle charging was a bonus.
