We have had such a wonderful time here! The host and Rangers are all super friendly. There's plenty of wildlife to watch and enjoy! The bathrooms are fantastic they aren't stuffy and the water stays hot during showers. We really enjoyed adventuring on the trails and we are ecstatic about the little spots we found along the way. The park itself is very clean and relaxing. We could not have picked a better campsite to visit for our first ever camping trip. We will definitely be returning and suggesting this place to all our friends and family! Thank you guys for the awesome experience!

Nice campground close to I75. We had site 46 which was a good size for our 31’ coach. The site is close to the bathhouse. It has a view of the lake through the trees and also of the interstate. We could hear the highway traffic day and night. The Silver Lake loop is much closer to the highway and even noisier. In the Cypress Glen loop, the bathhouse is like new. Weirdly, the sinks in the women’s section are chest high on me. We were here midweek and the other campers were quiet. There was a burn ban in effect while we were here but we saw that several sites had fires going, making me wonder what the role of the camp host is. The trails are nice, but I would have liked more detailed maps and signage with respect to the blue trail. 2 nights here were plenty of time for us at this

Campground is nice. Not a lot separating sites. Pain to get to bathhouse if on outside of loop as no designated paths to get there, which is why people say you're walking through their site. Very poor planning. New bathhouse is very nice however. Anyone saying there is no noise from I-75 must have their hearing aids turned off. Trails are ok. There in January so a little chilly. No one out on lake. New divided highway makes it faster to get to Brooksville, or coast, but also way more traffic.

Very nice campground. We'll laid out. Very nice natural surroundings including Silver Lake. No hassles. Check yourself in and out. This campground is operated by the Florida State Forrest. You can often find a site here when fl. State Parks are full.

What a beautiful park! All of the campsites were very nice, including the primitive sites. Those are very wooded in wish we had more wooded sites up at the RV section. The bath house was immaculate and very hot water.
